DHF Index example

An example DHF Index containing 135 DHF Line Items.

 To import the DHF Index items, unzip the file and in the Project Explorer, right-click to get the context menu, click Import and select the extracted xml file.
 In the Import dialog, make sure that you select "Recreate chapters" before starting the import.
