Release Notes - Aligned Elements V3.0 (3.0.443/222.22517)

On April 2nd 2024, we release Aligned Elements V3.0 (3.0.443/222.22517).

Reason for this Version

This release introduces a number of new features to Aligned Elements as well as fixes a number of known problems

Upgrading from previous versions

Aligned Elements V3.0 is backward compatible with Aligned Elements V2.4 and earlier. Opening a project for the first time with a new client will initiate a conversion of some of the internal data to a more performant structure. The data integrity is intact, and no information will be altered.

Installation

Aligned Elements V3.0 is available on our website for download as a standalone installer.

For MS Word x64 bit compatibility, use the designated setup on our website.

To install using the standalone Windows installer:

  • Uninstall any installed version of Aligned Elements on your computer.
  • Unzip the file and click setup.exe to install.

  • 10391 Filter in review overview, filtering on rejected/accepted/no Feedback should return any row matching any option
  • 10090 Review Feedback Overview displays the total number of feedbacks instead of total number of items in review
  • 10248 For import errors, do not write the full Temp path in the error message displayed on the screen
  • 10279 Error in Event Log: “Session state has created a session id, but cannot save it because the response was already flushed by the application.”
